7.2.5. Replacement of saylentblok of levers of a back suspension bracket

At a certain skill of a saylentbloka it is possible to replace directly on the car, having turned out bolts of fastening of a beam to arms of a body and having brought beam eyes out of arms, but it is more convenient to perform this work on the removed beam of a back suspension bracket (see. "Replacement of a beam of a back suspension bracket").
It is very convenient to replace saylentblok with special adaptation (stripper), but it is possible to perform work and make-shifts.
It will be required to you: stripper of saylentblok or mandrel.
When using a stripper execute the following operations.
1. Before a vypressovka heat a lever eye hot air to temperature of 50-75 °C, previously having cut a hacksaw two cuts In (fig. 7.6) on the external plug of a saylentblok for combination of ledges of the assembly plug 15. You see off Vypressovka in the following order: install on a lever eye from the outer side adaptation 4 case, put on a bolt the 6th assembly plug 5 with ledges, insert a bolt into an opening of a saylentblok, put on it from a reverse side of an eye of the lever a washer 3, rest against the case of adaptation 4 and tighten a nut 2 to a vypressovka of a saylentblok.

2. Press in both levers of a back suspension bracket of a saylentbloka with previously cut cuts In assembly adaptation in such order: install adaptation 11 case on a lever eye from the outer side, having combined tags And on the case of adaptation and an eye of the lever, shown by an arrow; establish the 13th persistent washer 12 on a bolt, insert it into a lever eye, put on a bolt a new saylentblok 10, the assembly plug 9 with ledges and screw a nut 8. Orient a saylentblok in relation to the lever, as shown in fig. 7.7, and press it aflush with a lever eye end face.

When using make-shifts execute the following operations.
1. Establish a beam in a vice and a vypressuyta a saylentblok by a mandrel of suitable diameter or a stripper.

GOOD ADVICE
If it is not possible to vypressovat a saylentblok, saw it a hacksaw. Landing of the sawn saylentblok in a lever eye significantly is weakened.

2. Take a saylentblok from a beam eye.
3. Clear an eye of a rust and scale and press a new saylentblok, having oriented it, as shown in fig. 7.7.
4. Similarly replace the second saylentblok.
5. Install a beam of a back suspension bracket on the car. Finally tighten bolts of fastening of a beam to a body on the car standing on the earth, the moment specified in the appendix 1.
