9.5.3. Replacement of regulators of brake forces

Replace regulators of pressure only with a set (2 pieces). Marking of the regulator 3/30.
When replacing install regulators only with the same marking.
It will be required to you: keys "on 10" (a special key for nuts of fastening of pipelines), "on 21", "on 22".
1. Turn off a nut of fastening of the pipeline, holding a regulator stopper from a provorachivaniye the second key …
2. … also take the pipeline aside.
3. Before removal of the faulty regulator (the back wheel is blocked before lobbies or along with them) check purity of its working camera. For this purpose weaken a regulator stopper inhaling, holding the regulator from a provorachivaniye the second key...
4. … also turn out a stopper together with a spring and a plunger. Clear regulator details of pollution, wash out them fresh brake fluid and establish into place. Remove air from system (see. "Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of the brake system", page 187) and again check overall performance of the regulator.
5. If operability of the regulator was not restored, replace both regulators with a set. Having disconnected from the regulator the pipeline (see subitems 1 and 2), weaken pressure regulator inhaling...
6. … also turn out the regulator from the case of the main brake cylinder.

    
PREVENTION
Replace a sealing ring of the regulator of pressure at each dismantling of connection new.

7. Similarly remove the second regulator of pressure.
8. Install pressure regulators as it should be, the return to removal, and remove air from a hydraulic actuator of the brake system (see. "Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of the brake system").
