11:19. Removal and installation of facings of salon

It will be required to you: screw-drivers with flat and crosswise edges.

    
NOTE
Removal and installation of facings on the left side of salon are shown. Facings are removed on the right side similarly.

1. Before removal of facing of a rack of a wind window remove a doorway sealant as it blocks a facing edge from edge of a rack.
2. Remove facing of a rack of a wind window, overcoming resistance of percussion caps of its fastening.

    
NOTE
Examine facing fastening percussion caps. Replace the broken percussion caps.

3. Turn out the holder of forward facing of a sidewall
4. … also remove facing.
5. For removal of forward facing of a threshold, having pulled it up, take percussion caps of its fastening from openings of arms and then, having removed the spring holders established in facing grooves from a threshold otbortovka, remove facing.



NOTE
The forward end of forward facing of a threshold is established under the rear edge of forward facing of a sidewall. If removal of forward facing of a threshold is complicated, turn out the holder of facing of a sidewall (see item 3) to release facing of a threshold.

6. For removal of back facing of a threshold turn out the screw of its fastening to the body basis …
7. … and, having pulled it up, take percussion caps of its fastening from openings of arms. Then, having removed the spring holders established in facing grooves from a threshold otbortovka, remove facing.
8. Before removal of the lower part of facing of the central rack remove forward and back facings of a threshold (see subitems 5 and 7). Then, having a little bent edges of the lower part of facing of the central rack, remove them from rack otbortovka …

9. … also remove the lower part of facing.
10. Before removal of the top part of facing of the central rack remove the lower part of facing (see item 9), turn out two screws of fastening of a guide of a seat belt and disconnect from the central rack the top fastening of a belt (see subitems 3 and 6 "Replacement of a forward seat belt"). Then take away bottom edge of the top part of facing from a rack …

11. … having hooked the screw-driver, bring its upper edge out of an upholstery of a ceiling and remove the top part of facing.
12. Before removal of facing of the shelf of a back remove a back of a back seat (see. "Removal and installation of a back seat")...
13. … and in a luggage carrier separate a block of a plait of wires of an additional stoplight.

    
NOTE
Facing is attached to the shelf of a back by six percussion caps.

14. Take three percussion caps forward …
15. … and top fastenings of facing of the shelf of a back …
16. … also remove facing assembled with an additional stoplight.
17. If necessary remove an additional stoplight from facing, having turned off two nuts of its fastening (see. "Replacement of an additional stoplight").
18. Disconnect facing from a back rack, overcoming resistance of percussion caps of its fastening.

    
NOTE
Examine facing fastening percussion caps. Replace the broken percussion caps.

19. Disconnect the top and lower fastenings of a seat belt (see. "Replacement of a back seat belt").
20. Overcoming effort of clamps, take an opening fringing from a facing opening.
21. Pass an opening fringing together with a belt buckle in a facing opening …
22. … also remove facing from a seat belt.
23. Before removal of back facing of a sidewall remove back facing of a threshold (see subitems 6 and 7 in this subsection), facing of a back rack (see subitem 18-22 in this subsection) and a seat belt of the side passenger on a back seat (see. "Replacement of a back seat belt").
24. Take two percussion caps of fastening of back facing of a sidewall to a body …
25. … also remove facing.
26. Establish facings of salon and all removed details as it should be, the return to removal.
